STEP 9

Fill in the gaps of the water area with blue (violet).  Skip the small gap left above the bottom beach area.

STEP 10

Use the hand as a brush to carefully move and blend the colors together.

STEP 11

Starting at the right side of the horizon, place a finger on the horizon line and drag it firmly across the entire horizon once. Blend the water and sky near the horizon. horizontally only.

STEP 12

Blend color bars on the bottom with fingers using half inch circles.  Work from dark to light.  Rub each color into the next
